Description: This polygon feature class contains GENERALIZED boundary data for Native American Indian Area geography in EPA Region 9 and the extent of Navajo Nations. The 2018 TIGER Geodatabases are extracts of selected nation-based and state-based geographic and cartographic information from the U.S. Census Bureau's Master Address File/Topologically Integrated Geographic Encoding and Referencing (MAF/TIGER) database. The geodatabases do not contain any sensitive data. For federally recognized tribal land boundaries, please refer to the polygon feature class derived from the BIAlBLM. The 2018 TIGER Geodatabases are designed for use with Esri’s ArcGIS. However, other GIS software such as Quantum Geographic Information System (QGIS) also support the geodatabase format.
