Description: The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency / U.S. Coast Guard jurisdictional Boundary map is used for determining the location of the USEPA and USCG agency jurisdictional boundaries. The USEPA / USCG jurisdictional boundary is a line running from the Oregon border to the Mexican border and is adjacent to the coastline. The boundary was developed from text descriptions provided in the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Region 9 mainland Regional Contingency Plan dated March 17, 1994.
